About

Homeside Counselling services are here to provide you with a compassionate and understanding space where you can explore your feelings, find healing, and move towards a place of balance and well-being. As a person-centred counsellor, my approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep belief that every person is the expert in their own life. I am here to listen without judgment, support you with care, and guide you through life’s challenges at your own pace.

With 17 years of experience working within the NHS, I have had the privilege of supporting people through various stages and struggles in their lives. My career has been shaped by my work with individuals and families in need, and I’ve also had the opportunity to work with some incredible charities such as Childline, Yewdale Counselling Services, and Positive Minds. These experiences have helped me develop a holistic and integrated approach to therapy, blending techniques that are tailored to each person’s unique needs.

I also specialise in fertility counselling, particularly in the area of donor conception. I support individuals and couples on their fertility journeys, providing guidance, emotional support, and a listening ear through what can often be a complex and emotional process. Whether you're experiencing infertility or navigating the emotional challenges of fertility treatment including donor conception, I am here to support you with sensitivity and care, ensuring you feel understood and empowered every step of the way.

I also offer support to couples and individuals who are at the end of their fertility treatment and are considering other paths to parenthood. I understand that the decision to pursue alternative routes, such as adoption, can bring a mix of emotions, and I’m here to provide a space for reflection, processing, and decision-making as you navigate this important stage in your journey.

I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey, and I work alongside you to create a therapeutic approach that best suits your needs. My goal is to offer you a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can process, reflect, and grow.
